After working with Will for a little over a year and exclusively doing FP movements, I've noticed a major improvement in my posture. My old ways of working out or not working, and I need to try something different. With FP, my back is almost entirely pain free, I can breathe better, and I've awakened sleepy muscles. Will is thorough, and is teaching me a different way to move my body that is giving me a foundation for my future athletic endeavors.
When I first started training with Willie it was to help with neck and upper body pain sustained in a car accident. After my consultation and first couple months of training we started to focus on other areas that I was not initially concerned about including my bowed legs that I have had since birth. I was initially extremely skeptical that anything could be be done to change them after a lifetime of being told there’s nothing that could be done, they are what they are. In the last year I have noticed much less knee pain, no longer need to wear a knee brace and barometric pressure changes no longer plague me during the winter months. I can say this is an amazing and unexpected result of training with functional patterns and @will.coetzee
